Members' Voucher
You will receive a Members' Voucher four times a year (which will normally be sent during the first week of each quarter - in January, April, July and October). This entitles you to any food item on the PizzaExpress menu - pizza, pasta, salad or other dishes and a complimentary glass of house wine (175ml), beer or soft drink - whichever you prefer. Your Members' Voucher can only be used in conjunction with a valid membership card - simply present both to a member of staff when requesting your bill. This voucher can be used at any time of day but not in conjunction with any other voucher, promotion or offer except PizzaExpress Gift Vouchers or Diners Card. Each voucher is valid until your current membership expires - the date can be found on the back of your membership card.

Mystery Diner Questionnaire
Feedback from our customers, particularly from those who visit us often, helps us to keep in touch and maintain the high standards for which we are renowned. You receive one Mystery Diner questionnaire each year of your membership, which can be completed when you dine at any PizzaExpress restaurant in the UK or Ireland. It involves mainly 'tick box' answers and there is space for you to write additional comments as well. After completing your Mystery Diner Questionnaire, return it to us at the address on the back of the form. To thank you we will send you a £10 PizzaExpress Gift Voucher (usually within 14 days of receipt, but please allow at least 21 days before contacting us).

Online Members' Area
There is an exclusive online area for PizzaExpress Club members where you will find Club news, exclusive members' offers, exciting competitions and your own online ordering service. The area is continually being updated so it is worth checking regularly.

PizzaExpress Jazz Club Voucher
The PizzaExpress Jazz Club, in the heart of London's Soho, is an internationally acclaimed jazz venue attracting visitors from all over the UK and abroad. With a rare closeness to the performers, physically and musically, you can not imagine a better venue in which to experience live jazz. It is a world away from the concert halls, parks and stadiums where so much music is staged today. We realise that many members live a long way from London, but if you are able to visit the Jazz Club, it's sure to be a night you will remember. You receive one Jazz Club Voucher per year giving you complimentary entry to see any performance at the PizzaExpress Jazz Club, Sunday-Thursday only (voucher does not apply Fridays & Saturdays) when accompanied by at least one full paying guest. To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that you make a reservation. When visiting, please take your voucher and membership card with you, and hand them to a member of staff after you are seated.

Diners Card
This handy little card pays dividends! Whenever you dine at PizzaExpress (including a main course), make sure you obtain a restaurant stamp on your Diners Card to record your visit (even if paying with a Members' Voucher or gift voucher). Simply hand it in, together with your membership card, when requesting your bill. You may use your Diners Card at different locations or at the same restaurant. Once you have collected 10 stamps the Diners Card is complete and should be returned to us at the PizzaExpress Club. Then, to thank you for your custom we will send you a £10 PizzaExpress Gift Voucher and another Diners Card for you to make use of (usually within 14 days of receipt, but please allow at least 21 days before contacting us). Stamps cannot be issued for take-away orders.

For Your Birthday
We will send you a £10 PizzaExpress gift voucher in time for your birthday. Please ensure you have given us your date of birth.

Expresso Magazine
The Expresso Magazine for Club Members will be sent to you every 3 months. Catch up with the newest developments, insights, competitions, reader offers, reviews, recipes and much more.

Complimentary Dessert
Whenever you are dining at PizzaExpress between 3 & 5pm, purchasing a pizza, pasta or other main course you can enjoy a dessert with our compliments. Simply hand in your membership card when requesting your bill. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotion or offer, except PizzaExpress Gift Vouchers and Diners Card.

Loyalty Reward
When you start your third continuous year of membership you receive a tasty gift to show our appreciation for your custom and support - a bottle of Classic Italian wine. You'll get to choose from two of our favourites - Pinot Grigio (a delicious dry white with fresh, clean flavours) or Chianti (an easy-to-drink red wine with a tangy freshness). This is a one-off reward.

PizzaExpress Club Diary
An exclusive Club Members' pocket diary, which includes a list of all PizzaExpress restaurant addresses and contact telephone numbers, will be mailed to you towards the end of each year.
